When using VISA, Master, or Diners cards, payments of less than 100 yen will not be accepted. If you use JCB/AMEX, we cannot accept payments of less than 200 yen. No credit card is required.
You only need your e-mail address and cell phone number to make a purchase.

About Points

Shipping Method

Depending on the product, we will deliver by Yamato Takkyubin or Nekoposu.
Nekoposu delivery is by post, not in person.
Nekoposu delivery is a delivery service that does not allow date and time specification.

Days to delivery

For regular purchases, orders placed before 9:00 a.m. on business days will be shipped on the same day. During busy times, orders will be shipped within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after order confirmation.
For pre-order items and items containing pre-order items, we will ship sequentially from the release date.

Delivery charge (tax included)

All items are shipped free of charge. However, some products will be delivered by post (mailbox) instead of direct delivery.





If the package does not fit in the mailbox, it may be returned to the Yamato Transport office. Please note that we are unable to accept date and time requests in the case of a package being dropped in the mailbox.
In addition, if a separate delivery charge is incurred for a customer's convenience, the customer may be asked to pay the delivery charge. Please understand this in advance.


Cancellation/Cancellation/Returns

We recommend that you use the subscription service for at least 3 months in order to experience the effects of the product, but you can cancel at any time. If you wish to cancel, please call us. You can also postpone the receipt of your order. Please feel free to ask us.

Initial Cancellation of NMN SirteenSerum (Back Aging Course) Subscription Service

The special price of the Back Aging Course is set aside for those who continue to save on their regular subscription. Unfortunately, resale of our products is rampant, and some customers are abusing the special pricing of the course. Resale of products that have been opened or without regard to expiration dates may affect the quality of the product.
Therefore, although there are no restrictions on the number of times you can use the product, those who cancel the subscription without receiving the second product after receiving the first special price will be charged the difference between the first price and the price of the single product. ‍

Returns and Exchanges

However, if the product is damaged during shipping, or if the product is different from the one you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges only if you contact us with details within 14 days of receiving the product (please contact us separately if your order falls during the year-end and New Year vacations or a long vacation). We will not accept returns or exchanges of damaged, contaminated, or defective merchandise. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in the case of damaged, contaminated, defective, or misdirected merchandise.
We will not be able to refund any money for returns or exchanges without prior notification.

Refunds

We will issue a refund upon receipt and confirmation of the returned merchandise. We will not pay any interest or other interest charges between your payment and the refund.

Before your payment - The invoice will be offset. However, if there are unpaid bills in the past, they will be offset from previous bills.
 After your payment - A negative amount will be posted to your Paidy account and will be offset against your next payment.
