  • Article 5 Transactions

    1. We will ship the product as soon as we confirm the availability of the product after the credit card payment has been confirmed, or after the COD information has been confirmed, or after the payment by bank transfer has been confirmed.
    2. Customers may specify a delivery date and time within the time frame specified by the Company. However, please note that there may be cases where the delivery date and time cannot be requested due to traffic conditions, natural disasters, or other unavoidable reasons.
    3. Products will be delivered by TA-Q-BIN (Sagawa), Yamato TA-Q-BIN or Neko-Pos.
    4. Orders for delivery outside Japan will not be accepted.
    5. As a general rule, we cannot designate a delivery destination that cannot be located by the customer and for which reliable delivery cannot be confirmed, such as hotels, weekly condominiums, and other moving or business travel destinations, P.O. boxes, etc.
    6. Abe Yoando Pharmaceuticals offers free shipping on all products. However, some products will be delivered by post (mailbox) rather than by hand. In addition, customers may be asked to bear the shipping costs for any additional charges incurred for their convenience. Please understand this in advance.
    7. It is prohibited to transfer the merchandise to a third party or to establish a security interest in the merchandise after we have delivered the merchandise to the courier company and before it is delivered to the customer.
    8. We will, on behalf of the customer, arrange for the delivery address, delivery date and time, etc., to be specified by the courier service provider. If you wish to change the delivery date, time, or delivery address after the product has been shipped, please direct the customer to the designated courier company.
    9. Please note that we may not be able to arrange the delivery date and time or delivery destination due to circumstances beyond our control or those of the courier company.
    10. No changes or cancellations of orders will be accepted after we have delivered the goods to the courier.
    11. If the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery staff will leave an absence slip for the delivery, so please inform the courier company of your desired date and time. However, we will not be responsible for any problems caused by the condition of the product at that time.
    12. In the event that the Company determines that the contents of an order are questionable or suspicious, such as large purchases of merchandise, the designation of a non-existent delivery address, resale, fraud, or the possibility of being used to cause trouble for others, the Company may immediately refuse to accept the order or make inquiries to the customer without the consent of the person who placed the order. In such cases, we may refuse to accept the order or make inquiries to the customer.     13.   • Article 6. About Regular Service

    1. Regular delivery is a service in which you place a single order and receive regular deliveries of the product(s) in question, and you pay for each delivery.
    2. In principle, delivery of eligible products by regular delivery service will be made "every month" depending on the details of your application.
    3. For the second and subsequent deliveries, we will automatically continue to deliver under the same conditions until you contact us to cancel or suspend delivery.
    4. The delivery address will be the address registered at the time of application. If you need to change the delivery address, please call us at least 5 days prior to the next scheduled delivery date.
    5. The regular delivery service will continue to be delivered under the same conditions until you contact us to discontinue the service as described in section 3. If for some reason you are unable to pick up your order during the subscription period, you may change your preferred pick-up date. Please call us at least 5 days prior to the next scheduled delivery date to request the desired pick-up date.
    6. We recommend a minimum of 3 months for a subscription, but you may pause, cancel, or postpone your delivery at any time. If you wish to pause, cancel, or postpone your subscription, please call us at least 5 days prior to the next scheduled shipment date. After that date, you will not be able to pause, cancel, or postpone your subscription until the end of the next shipment.
  • Article 7 Returns and Exchanges

    1. Returns will only be accepted if you contact us at 0120-542-4344 within 14 days of receipt of the product and we accept the return. However, in cases where the Company is able to determine that there are special circumstances, the Company may accept the return of merchandise even after 14 days from the date of delivery. Shipping costs for returns shall be borne by the customer, except in the case of damaged, contaminated, defective, or misdirected merchandise.
    2. In the event of a defect in the product, damage or stain caused by an accident during delivery, or an error in the ordered product or quantity, etc., please contact us at 0120-542-434 within 14 days of receipt of the product for an immediate return or exchange. In the case of an exchange, we will send a replacement product as soon as possible after receiving the product back. In such cases, we will bear the cost of return shipping and delivery of the replacement product.

  • Article 8. About Points

    1. When a member purchases an Abe Yo-ando-Yakuhin product on this site and payment is confirmed by the Company, points are awarded to the member. In principle, points are awarded based on the amount of the product, but the amount used as the basis for calculating points does not include fees, shipping charges, consumption tax, etc. other than the amount of the product. Points will be awarded after a certain period of time determined by the Company after the purchase of a product.
    2. Members can check their point balance and other information from My Page.
    3. Members may not transfer points held by them to other members or share points among multiple members.
    4. Points will automatically expire after one (1) year from the date of the last point award. The Company will not compensate for, and will not be liable for, any points that expire after the expiration of the validity period.
    5. Points are calculated at the rate of 1 yen per point and can be used by members to pay for merchandise purchases. However, points may not be used to pay for merchandise separately designated by the Company, nor may they be used to pay for cash on delivery fees or handling charges.
    6. Members may not change their payment method once their order is confirmed. There is no limit to the number of points a member may use for a single product purchase.
    7. The Company may establish conditions and restrictions on how points may be used.
    8. The Company shall not compensate for, and shall not be liable for, any disadvantages incurred by members as a result of changes to the content of the service.
    9. Members may not return products purchased with points or exchange them for other products, except in cases where the Company is responsible.
    10. The Company may limit the products for which points can be used, or may impose conditions on the use of points. Points can only be used on this site. Points cannot be used for purchases on other sites operated by the Company or for purchases of products other than those sold by Abe Yo-ando-Yakuhin.
    11. Members may not exchange points for cash under any circumstances.
    12. Points may only be used by the member, and may not be used by a third party other than the member. If the Company confirms that points have been used after the member has logged in, the use of such points shall be deemed to have been made by the member.   • Article 9 Limitation of Liability

    1. If the goods are defective from the time of shipment for reasons attributable to us, our liability shall be limited to the amount of such defective goods.

In the event that any damage is caused to you or a third party due to reasons attributable to you or your breach of these Terms and Conditions, you shall be responsible for resolving such damage at your own responsibility and expense, except in cases where we are held responsible for such damage, and we shall not be liable for any damage.

    3. IN THE EVENT THAT A MEMBER'S ID AND PASSWORD ARE COMPROMISED, OR ARE FOUND TO HAVE BEEN ILLEGALLY USED BY A THIRD PARTY, THE MEMBER SHALL IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY THE COMPANY AND COMPLY WITH ANY INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY THE COMPANY.
    4. MEMBERS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED BY THEM DUE TO IMPROPER MANAGEMENT OF THEIR MEMBER IDS AND PASSWORDS, USE BY THIRD PARTIES, ETC.
  • Article 14 Resignation of Members

    MEMBERS MAY CANCEL THEIR MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME IF THEY WISH. IF A MEMBER WISHES TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP, THE MEMBER SHALL FOLLOW THE CANCELLATION PROCEDURE SPECIFIED BY THE COMPANY, AND THE MEMBERSHIP WILL BE CANCELLED AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE PRESCRIBED CANCELLATION PROCEDURE. AFTER THE WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE IS COMPLETED, THE MEMBER WILL NO LONGER BE ELIGIBLE FOR MEMBERSHIP AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE HIS/HER MEMBER ID AND PASSWORD.

  • Article 15 Prohibited Matters

    You shall not do any of the following

    1. Ordering with false information, or applying for false registration information when registering as a member
    2. Any action that interferes with the operation of the Company or this Site, or any other action that may interfere with this Site.
    3. Acts that cause inconvenience to other customers or other third parties, or that interfere with the Company's business
    4. Acts that infringe or may infringe trademarks, copyrights, privacy or other rights
