(1) Shipping: All products are shipped free of charge. However, some items will be delivered by post (mailbox) rather than by hand. 2) COD handling fee
The following handling fee is required per transaction depending on the COD amount.
Less than 10,000 yen: 330 yen (including tax)
10,000 to 29,999 yen: 440 yen (including tax)
30,000 to 99,999 yen: 660 yen (including tax)
100,000 to 300,000 yen: 1,100 yen (including tax)
*The maximum COD amount per payment is 300,000 yen.
*A separate transaction fee will be charged for COD card payment.

4) After-payment (payee) payment fee
Handling fee for after-payment at convenience stores
① When only one payment is made per month, the fee is a flat 356 yen (tax included).
② When only three payments per month are made, and (2) When you make only one payment or both one and three payments per month
1,000 yen or more but less than 3,999 yen: 145 yen/one payment
4,000 yen or more but less than 6,999 yen: 254 yen/one payment
7,000 yen or more: 356 yen/one payment

Bank transfer handling fees differ depending on your bank. Fees vary depending on your bank.
Account transfer
There is no fee.
Credit card payment: Shipment will be made within 3 business days after order confirmation.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation.
Bank transfer: Ships within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
AmazonPay: Ships within 3 business days after order confirmation.
AmazonPay (Payday): Ships within 3 business days after order confirmation.
Please note that delivery may be delayed if there is a large volume of orders, around major holidays, or during special sales methods such as pre-order sales.
We recommend that you use the subscription service for at least 3 months in order to experience the effects of the product, but you can cancel at any time. If you wish to cancel, please call us. You can also postpone the receipt of your order. Please feel free to contact us.
If you cancel your subscription, all of your points will be forfeited. Customers with available points should use them before cancellation.

We accept orders from 1 piece for each product. For details, please refer to each product page.
However, if the product is damaged during shipping, or if the product is different from the one you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges only if you contact us with details within 14 days of receiving the product (please consult us separately if your order falls during the year-end and New Year vacations or long vacations). We will only accept returns or exchanges if we are notified in detail within 14 days of receipt of the product.
We will respond with a refund after we receive and confirm the returned merchandise. We will not pay any interest or other interest charges between the time of your payment and the refund.

Credit card:

・Notes: Refunds cannot be made to credit cards. The amount of the returned merchandise (including consumption tax) will be transferred to your bank account. Bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer.

● After-payment (Paidy)
・Method of refund: Offset against the next month's billing in the month of confirmed cancellation, or refund to the designated account by Paidy to the designated account

Before your payment - The billing will be offset. However, if there are unpaid bills in the past, they will be offset from previous bills.
After your payment - A negative amount will be posted to your Paidy account and will be offset against your next payment.
In case of damage, contamination, defective goods, or wrong delivery of goods, we will bear the cost.
