In the yeast fermentation method, NMN is produced by feeding the NMN raw material with yeast, which is then destroyed to extract only NMN. In this case, even if there are residues other than NMN, they are extremely harmless to the body, but in many cases they are produced at a higher cost than the fully synthetic method.
