How to use My Page

Introduction.

  • My Page provides a convenient shopping menu for our customers.
    We hope you will make use of it and enjoy a pleasant shopping experience.

Check your order history

From the "Order History List," you can check the history of your past orders and the details of your upcoming regular orders.

    Click on "Order History List" in "My Page

    THE "ORDER HISTORY LIST" LIST SCREEN WILL APPEAR. CLICK THE "FOR DETAILS" BUTTON FOR SMARTPHONES, OR CLICK THE "ORDER NUMBER" SECTION FOR PCS TO VIEW DETAILED INFORMATION.

Various changes/confirmation about regular delivery

You can check your subscription information in the "Subscription Information" section. You can also set up points and coupons for your next delivery, and change or skip your next delivery date.

    Click on "Subscription Information" under "My Page".

    The "Subscription Information" screen will appear. To check details and make changes, click the "Details" button on a smartphone, or click the "Order Number" on a PC.

    The items that can be changed are as follows
    Set up the use of points for your next scheduled delivery / Set up the use of coupons for your next scheduled delivery / Set up the date of your next delivery / Set up the skipping of your next delivery.

Change Customer Registration Information

You can check or change your registered information from "Change Registered Information".

    Click on "Change Registered Information" under "My Page

    The "Change Registration Information" screen will appear.

    The items that can be changed are as follows
    Name / Nickname / Date of birth / Gender / E-mail address / Address / Phone number / E-mail magazine subscription / Password

Change Password

You can change your password from "Change Registered Information".

    Click on "Change Registered Information" under "My Page

    The "Change Registered Information" screen will appear. Scroll down and change your password in the "Login Information" section.

Add a delivery address other than home

You can add a delivery address other than your home address from "Address Book". You can also edit or delete a registered delivery address.

    Click on "Address Book" under "My Page

    The "Address Book List" screen will appear. To add a new recipient, click the "Add Address Book" button and enter the necessary information.
    You can also edit or delete the contents of an already registered recipient.

List of Point History

You can check the history of your point allocation and point usage from the "Point History List".

    Click "List of Point History" in "My Page

    The "Point History List" screen will appear.

Checking incoming mail

You can check past emails from Abe Yo-An-Do Pharmaceuticals from the "List of Received Emails.

    Click on "List of Received Emails" under "My Page".

    The "List of Received E-mails" screen will appear. Click on the title of the e-mail you wish to read to see its contents.

Credit Card Registration

You can register the credit card you wish to use for your purchases in the "Credit Card Registration" section. You can also check and modify your credit card information.

    Click on "Credit Card Registration" under "My Page

    The "Registered Credit Card List" screen will appear. If you wish to correct the information, select the appropriate credit card and click "Enter Credit Card Information" to correct the information. To register a new credit card, click the "Add Credit Card" button and enter the necessary information in the "Enter Credit Card Information" field.

Receipts

Receipts can be issued for items that have already been shipped from the "Order History List.

    Click on "Order History List" in "My Page

    The "Order History List" will appear. Please select the relevant order information and click the "Download Receipt" button to issue a receipt.

    Receipts cannot be issued for cash on delivery orders.
    *Receipts can only be issued once from My Page. In the unlikely event that you need to reissue a receipt, please contact our customer support.

    *If you wish to issue a receipt in your company's name, please click the [Change] button in the "Receipt Information" on the "Order Details Confirmation" screen at the time of purchase. Please click the "Change" button on the "Order Confirmation" screen and enter the necessary information.

Check available coupons

YOU CAN CHECK YOUR COUPONS FROM THE "COUPON BOX.

    CLICK ON "COUPON BOX" UNDER "MY PAGE

    A list of available coupons will be displayed. To use a coupon, please select it from the "Use Coupon" item drop-down in the shopping cart screen or from the coupon box button.

Social Login Settings

You can link your Amazon account and LINE account from "Social Login Link". By linking your social login, you can easily register and log in to the official store using your account information from each service.

    Click on "Social Login Linkage" under "My Page

    The "Social Login Linkage" setting screen will appear. Click the button for the service you wish to link to, and you will be redirected to the login screen for your social account.


    When you click the "Login with Amazon" button, you will be redirected to a screen asking for permission to connect to your account. Once you have given your permission, follow the instructions on the screen to complete the linkage.

    <How to link your LINE account>
    After clicking the "Login with LINE" button, you will be redirected to a screen asking for permission to connect with your account. Please allow the connection and follow the instructions on the screen to complete the linkage.

Check your current membership stage

You can check your current membership stage in "My Page Top".

  • Please see "My Page Top". You can check your current membership stage and its details (point rate for each purchase, discount rate for subscriptions).

Check available points

You can check your available points in "My Page Top".

  • Please refer to "My Page Top". You can check your available points and their breakdown (regular points and limited time points).
