Alma is an animal welfare organization that works to find new families for shelter dogs and cats. We at Abe Yo-ando-Yakuhin make monthly donations to "Alma" to help fund their activities. 180,000 dogs and cats are killed each year, and we are always thinking about the preciousness and importance of life so that we can save as many lives as possible.
It is an environmental conservation organization active in about 100 countries, aiming for a future in which humans can live in harmony with nature. The medicinal plants that we use and benefit from as raw materials for various medicines, food, and flavorings are heavily dependent on those collected from the wild, and their over-collection is currently causing major problems for biodiversity in their places of origin around the world. Abe Yo-ando Pharmaceuticals has been selected as one of the recipients of this donation because of its particular sympathy for activities to protect these natural assets.
UNICEF works for children in 190 countries and territories. Abe Yoando Pharmaceuticals has made a support donation to protect children from the recent invasion of Ukraine. We have also designated health, nutrition, water and sanitation, education, and child protection as one of our donation recipients to support activities to protect children.
Donations to various organizations will be made in the name of Abe Yo-ando-Yakuhin Co. Please note that we are not able to issue receipts from the donating organization or to notify customers of the receipt of their donations. The timing of the donation will be decided by our company (approximately once every three months). The total amount of the donation will be reported periodically with the latest information.
