We will be closed as usual on July 1 (Sat.) and 2 (Sun.).

The Customer Center will accept inquiries via inquiry form and e-mail during the holidays, but replies will be made in order after July 3 (Mon.), the day after the holidays.

Customers who use regular delivery service

We will deliver the goods on the scheduled delivery date.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change your preferred delivery date.

New customers who shop during the temporary closing period

‍We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will ship the items in order from Monday, July 3, after the temporary holiday.

Please note that we may not be able to meet your request even if you contact us or the delivery company to inquire about the delivery status and your preferred date and time.

The delivery will be made sequentially, but it may take longer than usual due to shipping congestion and other factors. Please understand in advance.
