Year-end and New Year holidays

The holiday will be from Thursday, December 29, 2022 to Thursday, January 5, 2023.

The Customer Center will continue to accept inquiries via the inquiry form and e-mail during the year-end and New Year's holidays,

We will reply in order from January 6 (Fri. ) after the holiday.

Depending on the nature of your inquiry, it may take longer than usual for us to reply to you. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

If you need to change your preferred delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible.

For inquiries by telephone

The last day of the year for telephone inquiries will be Wednesday, December 28, 2012 at 5:00 p.m.

We will also accept orders from 10:00 a.m. on January 6, 2023 (Fri. ) for the New Year's holiday.

Regarding delivery

• The last shipping day of the year will be Tuesday, December 27.
  For those customers who have applied for the regular course and are scheduled to receive their orders during the holidays, we will deliver as scheduled.

• If you wish to have your order delivered by the end of the year, please place your order by 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 27.
  Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 27 will be processed as orders placed during the New Year holiday period.

• Please note that orders placed during the New Year's holiday period will be delivered sequentially from January 5, 2023 (Thursday ).

If you wish to have your order delivered by the end of the year, please place your order by 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 27.

Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 27 will be processed during the New Year's holiday period.

Please note that orders placed during the New Year's holiday period will be delivered sequentially from January 5, 2023 (Thursday).

Delivery may be delayed during the year-end and New Year's holidays and the period around that time due to the concentration of orders, traffic congestion, and other circumstances.

Please note that we may not be able to meet your request even if you contact us or the shipping company to inquire about the delivery status or to specify your preferred delivery date and time.

The delivery will be made sequentially, but due to heavy shipping congestion, it may take longer than usual for delivery. Please understand in advance.
