Year-end and New Year holidays

The holidays will be from December 28, 2020 (Monday) to January 4, 2021 (Monday).
The Customer Center will continue to accept inquiries via the inquiry form and e-mail during the year-end and New Year's holidays, but it may take longer than usual to reply to inquiries at

Depending on the nature of your inquiry, we may reply to you sequentially on or after January 5 (Tue.).

■About Delivery

The last day of delivery for the year will be December 28 (Mon. ). Customers who have applied for the regular course and are scheduled to receive the product during the holidays will receive the product as scheduled.

If you wish to have your order delivered by the end of the year, please place your order by 9:00 a.m. on Monday, December 28.
Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. on Monday, December 28 will be processed as orders placed during the year-end and New Year period.

Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. on Monday, December 28 will be processed as orders placed during the New Year's holiday period.

Please note that delivery may be delayed during the New Year's holiday and the period around the New Year's holiday due to the concentration of orders and congestion in the transportation system.
Please note that we may not be able to fulfill your request even if you contact us or the delivery company to inquire about the delivery status and your preferred delivery date and time.
