Business and Delivery Schedule for the Year-end and New Year's Holidays

INFINIXX Customer Support will be open as follows during the year-end and New Year holidays.

Year-end and New Year holidays

The holidays will be from December 29, 2021 (Wed.) to January 5, 2022 (Wed. ).
The Customer Center will continue to accept inquiries via the inquiry form and e-mail during the year-end and New Year holidays, but will reply to them in order from January 6 (Thu. ) after the holidays at

About handling inquiries by telephone

The last business day of the year for telephone inquiries will be Tuesday, December 28, 2010, at 5:00 p.m.
We will be open from 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 6, 2022 for the New Year's holiday.

■About Delivery

  • The last shipping day of the year will be Tuesday, December 28.
    For those customers who have applied for the regular course and are scheduled to receive their orders during the holidays, we will deliver as scheduled.
  • If you wish to have your order delivered by the end of the year, please place your order by 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 28.
    Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 28 will be processed during the New Year holiday period.
  • Please be advised that orders placed during the New Year's holiday period will be delivered sequentially from January 5 (Wed. ).
