Summer Holidays
●The holidays will be from Wednesday, August 13, 2020 to Sunday, August 16, 2020.
The Customer Center will accept inquiries via the inquiry form and e-mail during the holiday period, but it may take longer than usual to reply to your inquiry.
Depending on the nature of the inquiry, we may reply sequentially on or after August 17 (Mon.). Please understand this in advance.

■About Delivery
●The last shipping date before the holiday will be Wednesday, August 12.
Customers who have applied for the regular course and are scheduled to receive their orders during the holiday, we will deliver as scheduled, but please note that you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail on August 12 (Wed.) in advance.
Orders placed during the holiday period will be delivered sequentially from August 17 (Mon.).
Please note that during and around the holiday period, delivery may be delayed due to the concentration of orders or traffic congestion.
