■GW Holidays
●The holidays will be April 29, 2020 (Wed) and May 2, 2020 (Sat) to May 6, 2020 (Wed).
The Customer Center will continue to accept inquiries via the inquiry form and e-mail during the GW period, but it may take longer than usual to reply to inquiries.
Depending on the nature of the inquiry, we may reply sequentially on or after May 7 (Thu.). Please understand this in advance.

About delivery
●The last day of delivery before GW will be May 2 (Fri.).
For those customers who have applied for the regular course and are scheduled to receive their order during the holidays, we will deliver as scheduled, but please note that you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail on April 28 (Tue.) in advance.
Orders placed during the GW period will be delivered sequentially from May 11 (Mon.).
Please note that delivery may be delayed during and around the GW period due to the concentration of orders or traffic congestion.
Please note that we may not be able to fulfill your request even if you contact us or Yamato Transport regarding the delivery status or your preferred delivery date and time.
