Year-end and New Year holidays

We will be closed from December 28, 2019 (Sat) to January 5, 2019 (Sun).
The Customer Center will continue to accept inquiries via the inquiry form and email during the New Year's holiday period, but it may take longer than usual to reply to your inquiry at

Depending on the nature of your inquiry, we may reply to you sequentially on or after January 6 (Mon.). Please understand this in advance.

■About Delivery

●The last day of shipment for the year will be December 27 (Fri.). Customers who have ordered a regular course and are scheduled to receive the product during the holidays will receive the product as scheduled, but please note that you will receive an e-mail on the 23rd (Mon.) confirming the shipment in advance.

If you wish to have your order delivered by the end of the year, please place your order by 6:00 p.m. on December 26.
Orders placed after this time will be processed during the New Year's holiday period.

Please note that orders placed during the New Year's holiday period will be delivered sequentially from January 9.
Please note that delivery may be delayed during the year-end and New Year period due to the concentration of orders, traffic congestion, and other reasons.
Please note that we may not be able to fulfill your request even if you contact us or Yamato Transport regarding the delivery status or your preferred delivery date and time.
